What is included in the free plan?
The Free plan gives you 2 downloads per day at a maximum video quality of 480p and audio up to 192 kbps MP3. Downloads include the SnapMedia watermark and ads are displayed in the interface. No signup is required.
What do I get with SnapMedia Pro?
Pro (9.99 EUR/month or 89 EUR/year) unlocks unlimited downloads, up to 4K (2160p) video quality, lossless WAV audio, 320 kbps MP3, no watermark, a completely ad-free interface, download history, and email support.
Should I choose monthly or annual billing?
Annual billing saves about 26%: Pro is 89 EUR/year vs 119.88 EUR (12 × 9.99 EUR). Choose monthly if you want flexibility to cancel any month; annual if you plan to use SnapMedia long term.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from your SnapMedia dashboard at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available on request within 14 days of purchase. Contact hello@snap-media.com with your account email and we will process the refund through Stripe.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Accepted methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. All billing is in EUR.
