How much does SnapMedia cost?
SnapMedia has two plans. Free: 0 EUR (2 downloads/day, 480p). Pro: 9.99 EUR/month or 89 EUR/year (~7.41 EUR/month billed annually). Pro is are billed via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime — access continues to the end of the billing period.
What is included in the free plan?
The Free plan gives you 2 downloads per day without an account (5 with a free one) at a maximum video quality of 480p and audio up to 192 kbps MP3, and one video-to-text transcript a day without an account and 3 with one. Downloads include the SnapMedia watermark and ads are displayed in the interface. No signup is required to start.
What do I get with SnapMedia Pro?
Pro (9.99 EUR/month or 89 EUR/year) unlocks unlimited downloads, unlimited video-to-text transcripts for videos up to 120 minutes, up to 4K (2160p) video quality, lossless WAV audio, 320 kbps MP3, no watermark, a completely ad-free interface, download history, and email support.
Is video to text included in the price?
Yes, in every plan. Without an account you get one transcript a day for videos up to 10 minutes; a free account raises that to 3 a day. Output is TXT, SRT and VTT. Pro removes the daily cap and raise the length limit to 120 minutes. There is no separate charge and no per-minute pricing — transcription is part of the plan, not an add-on.
What does the AI Clipper include?
The AI Clipper turns a long video into short captioned clips. Without an account: one video a day. Free account: 3 videos a day up to 30 minutes, and 5 clip exports a day in 720p with a small watermark. Pro: videos up to 3 hours, up to 10 clips per video, 1080p exports without watermark. Caption files (SRT, VTT, TXT) are always free.
Do transcripts count against my download quota?
No. Downloads and transcripts have separate counters, because they cost very different things to produce. Using your daily transcript does not consume a download, and vice versa.
Should I choose monthly or annual billing?
Annual billing saves about 26%: Pro is 89 EUR/year vs 119.88 EUR (12 × 9.99 EUR). Choose monthly if you want flexibility to cancel any month; annual if you plan to use SnapMedia long term.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from your SnapMedia dashboard at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No questions asked, no cancellation fees.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available on request within 14 days of purchase. Contact hello@snap-media.com with your account email and we will process the refund through Stripe.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Stripe. Accepted methods include credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available. All billing is in EUR.
Is there a free trial?
No traditional free trial is needed — the Free plan lets you test SnapMedia with 2 downloads per day at 480p and daily video-to-text transcripts, before deciding to upgrade.
